Welcome to AchieveAI, your AI-powered life operating system. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AchieveAI platform, including our mobile and web apps, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by OutsourceAI (“AchieveAI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Service or clicking “I Agree,” you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

To use AchieveAI, you must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By registering an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. The AchieveAI Service

AchieveAI is a unified AI life management platform that includes:

  • Smart assistant with natural conversation and emotional awareness
  • Goal setting, task breakdown, scheduling, and journaling
  • Wellness, financial, relationship, and professional insights
  • Personalized coaching and reframing tools
  • Integrations with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Fitbit, and Plaid

AchieveAI does not provide clinical medical, legal, or financial advice. All outputs are informational and should not replace professional consultation where appropriate.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload, share, or transmit harmful or unlawful content
  • Not misuse the platform through scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with functionality
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service

You are solely responsible for the data you submit and the consequences of your use of the platform.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

AchieveAI offers both free and paid tiers:

  • The free tier includes limited features such as task management and journaling
  • The premium plan ($25/seat/month) includes advanced tools such as AI personalization, team features, and proactive suggestions

All subscription payments are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, algorithms, and content provided by AchieveAI are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use it solely for providing and improving the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

By connecting third-party services (e.g., Plaid, Fitbit, Google), you authorize AchieveAI to access the relevant data to provide features. We do not control external services and disclaim responsibility for their data use or reliability.

7. AI Limitations and User Guidance

The Service uses AI systems (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) for task generation, journaling assistance, and coaching suggestions. You understand that:

  • AI outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You must use discretion when following AI-generated advice
  • We do not accept liability for decisions made based on AI suggestions

You may flag problematic outputs, and we continuously update the system to improve performance and personalization.

8. Data Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary:

  • We encrypt data in transit and at rest
  • You may access, modify, or delete your data
  • We do not sell personal data
  • You can withdraw consent for specific data types (e.g., health metrics)

9. Termination and Suspension

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your access ends, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AchieveAI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity
  • Decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you to AchieveAI in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AchieveAI and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Any infringement of third-party rights

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
