Facebook Live Video Framework Training

Welcome to this training session where I'll be guiding you through a proven framework for creating engaging Facebook Live sessions. This comprehensive method is not only effective for live broadcasting but can also be utilized for pre-recorded videos. Throughout this course, we'll explore various frameworks, but for now, we'll focus on a particularly impactful one. Let's jump in.

Starting Strong: The Problem Ask

Begin your Facebook Live with an immediate “problem ask” to engage your ideal clients. A problem ask directly addresses a common issue that your target audience might be facing. For example, “Do you struggle with being natural on camera?” or “Do you have trouble lowering your golf handicap?” This technique captures the interest of those who are seeking solutions to these specific problems and filters out those who do not need your help. Remember, it's better to have a smaller, more relevant audience than a larger, unengaged one.

Attracting the Right Audience: Identifying Pattern Interrupt (IPI)

An Identifying Pattern Interrupt (IPI) is another effective way to capture the attention of your ideal clients. This could be as simple as recording your video on a golf course if you offer a golfing program or showcasing a studio setup if your niche is video production. An IPI creates an immediate visual connection with your audience's interests.

Establishing Authority: Intro with Credibility

Never assume everyone knows who you are. Introduce yourself with your credentials succinctly. For instance, “Hi, I'm David Storch, co-founder of Crushing It On Camera. I'm an actor, writer, and producer with extensive Hollywood experience.” This builds trust and validates why viewers should continue to watch your video.

Set Expectations: What They Will Learn

Briefly outline what viewers will learn from your video. Clarity about the takeaway content maintains interest and further establishes credibility. Use clear and concise statements, like “In this video, I'll teach you how to lower your golf handicap in less than a month.”

Engagement and Sharing: Encourage Tagging and Sharing Early On

Encourage your viewers to tag a friend or share the video if they find it helpful. By doing this early in the video, you increase the likelihood that your content will reach a broader audience, even if some viewers may not watch the entire live session.

Deliver the Content: Value, Stories, and Behind the Scenes

Your main content could be informational value, engaging storytelling, or a behind-the-scenes look into your topic. Ensure that it is directly related to what you promised to teach and is concise enough to keep your viewers engaged.

Call To Action: Directing Next Steps

After delivering valuable content, provide a clear call to action. Whether it’s to book a call, send a direct message, or access a free resource, explicitly tell your viewers the next step you want them to take.

Energy and Enthusiasm: The Key to Engagement

Throughout your Facebook Live, maintain high energy and enthusiasm. Start with assertiveness and avoid filler time, such as waiting for people to join. A dynamic start sets the tone for an engaging and impactful live video.

Conclusion: Ending with Impact

Wrap up your session confidently. A simple “hope you found this helpful” followed by a casual “see you in the next video” leaves a lasting, positive impression.

Thank you for participating in this training. By employing these techniques, you're now equipped to create Facebook Live sessions that captivate and convert your target audience. Stay tuned for more insights as you continue through the program.
